Senior Repairs Officer . You will be responsible for delivering an excellent Repairs and Voids Service. You will report to the Repairs Manager and will have responsibility for line managing the Repairs Team. You should have significant experience, skills, and knowledge in void and reactive repairs services, customer service delivery, performance management and monitoring, staff management and motivation, and systems and process review. A proven track record of performance improvement and knowledge of all the key functions of the post is essential.
