Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Researcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of research methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve gathering insights, identifying trends, and supporting our recruitment efforts to ensure we attract the best talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market and candidate research to support recruitment initiatives across various industries. Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client needs and develop targeted research strategies. Utilize various research tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates. Stay current with industry trends, labour market changes, and competitor activities. Mentor and train junior research staff, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies. Build and maintain a robust database of candidates and industry contacts to streamline the recruitment process. Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preference for a background in engineering 2:2 or higher). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research or recruitment role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong proficiency with research tools, databases, and analytics software. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and objection handling skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
