Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality care and support for young people, helping them to meet their individual needs and achieve their goals. Create a Safe, Nurturing Environment:

Ensure that the residential home is a place of safety and comfort, where young people can grow, feel valued, and develop their potential. Mentor and Support Staff:

Guide and support your colleagues, fostering teamwork and helping others develop in their roles. Safeguarding:

Ensure that safeguarding policies are strictly adhered to, providing a safe environment where young people's well-being is the top priority. What We're Looking For: Experience & Qualifications:

A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred, although we are open to applicants with relevant experience committed to developing their skills. Passion for People:

We seek individuals who are passionate about making a difference in young people's lives. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with your team. Right to Work in the UK:

Applicants must be able to work permanently in the UK. Minimum of 3 years experience Car Driver What Ignis Care Offers: Flexible Work Schedule:
