£28,000 per year, plus sleep in's are paid at an additional £60 per sleep Key Responsibilities:
Working and supporting children and young people to create positive outcomes and promote independence Supporting the daily running of the home and Senior Management decisions Leading teams Conducting Supervisions Shift planning Supporting team development Direct practical interactions with children and young people including play, activities, cooking, personal care, engaging with the wider community, supporting educational and health needs General house duties and maintenance Completing health and safety checks Budgeting Engage in planning, creating, updating and implementing care plans Creating, updating and adhering to individual risk assessments Keyworking Working in partnership with other agencies Report writing and attending reviews as required Required Skills and Attributes:
NVQ Level 3 Children's residential Or NVQ Level 3/4 Children, Young People & Family Practitioner (essential) Experience in a children's home setting (essential) Supervisory experience Passion to help nurture young people Full, UK driving licence (essential) What do you get in return?
