Senior Children's Residential Support Worker , you will: Collaborate with the team to advocate for the positive development of young individuals, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Support the Service Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day management and high-quality care. Lead a team in providing therapeutic care, addressing the unique needs of each child. Maintain comprehensive records, including event logs, progress reports, and care plans. Serve as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, addressing their daily needs and fostering trust and growth. Essential Requirements: Experience:

Minimum of 12 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment. Qualification:

Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent). Driving License:

Must hold a full UK driving license. Please do not apply if you do not have a UK driving license. Flexibility:

Ability to cover long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins. Right to Work:

Must have the right to work in the UK. Our client does not sponsor visa applications. Preferred Requirements: Experience:
