Who We're Looking For: We are looking for someone with a solid background in residential childcare, with hands-on experience in supporting managing the complexities of a children’s home. You will bring a deep-seated passion for using therapeutic approaches in the care of young people. Holding a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
