Senior Children's Residential Support Worker . Why Join Us? Base salary of £32,914 - £35,104 plus £3,900 annual sleep in allowance. Condensed shifts: 2 days on, 4 days off on a rolling rota (yes, this means work-life balance is real here!). 5.6 weeks annual leave. Additional leave at 2- and 5-years’ service.
