Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ Years PQE) - Ickenham Exciting Opportunity at a Leading Legal 500 Firm An established Legal 500 law firm with a strong presence in Gerrards Cross, London, and the Thames Valley is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Residential Property team in Ickenham. This position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to progress their career within a highly regarded and professional legal practice. The Role This role is ideal for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a background in a reputable or award-winning high-street law firm. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of high-quality property transactions, lead a team of fee earners and support staff, and play a key role in maintaining the firm's outstanding reputation. Key Responsibilities Manage Residential Property Transactions: Handle a full range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions, and remortgages. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert legal advice and clear communication. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of fee earners and support staff, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient case management. Compliance and Legal Research: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and conduct detailed legal research where necessary. Document Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate conveyancing documents with precision and attention to detail. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and a valid practising certificate. Have extensive experience in residential conveyancing, preferably gained at a reputable or award-winning high-street law firm. Demonstrate proven leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor a team. Possess exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
