The Role
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will: Manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and voluntary first registrations. Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience. Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering collaboration and excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and other stakeholders to drive business development. Collaborate with internal teams, including private wealth specialists, to ensure a comprehensive client journey. The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need: Significant experience in residential property law, particularly in high-value transactions. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Excellent client service skills with a polished, professional approach. Knowledge of the Hereford market and established relationships with local agents (preferred).
