Senior Residential Conveyancer - Hexham £60K - £70K Looking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Conveyancing experience. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and be fully conversant with the full conveyancing process, possessing excellent technical knowledge. Main Responsibilities: Ability to work to challenging timescales and to plan and organise effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to providing exceptional client service. A willingness to contribute to the success of the whole team. This is a full-time office-based role worked over 5 days. The successful candidate will ideally be a licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience to run a caseload of residential conveyancing and property matters, including Sales, Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold, New-Build, Unregistered, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, and Help to Buy.
