The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. Transfers of equity. Re-mortgages. New build transactions and shared ownership schemes. Handling complex and high-value property transactions. The role requires an ability to manage caseloads independently, ensuring high standards of client care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing. Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record of managing complex transactions. Excellent communication and client care skills. A proactive, collaborative approach to teamworking.
