60% in the office, 40% at home

Our market leading client is looking for someone with supervisor experience to join their friendly and committed team as a Senior Residential Conveyancer. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing and be able to handle a sale from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Residential Conveyancer:
Manage a caseload
Leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension work
Key Requirements:
Have supervisor experience
At least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing
Able to handle a sale from start to finish
Enjoy a challenging, fast-moving professional environment
Friendly
Team Player
Great communication skills
