Working Week and Pay:

Hours:

Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off.

Sleeps:

Included in the condensed shift pattern

Salary:

Base £27,144 OR £36,192 + Approx 6 to 8 Sleeps per Month paid at £52 per sleep. Total take-home up to £41,184pa

What you will need/None-Negotiables:

Qualifications:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)

Experience:

Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.

Driving Licence:

Required

Fluent in English:

Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.

Min Age:

22/23
