Permanent Who we are looking for… We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact on children’s lives. This role involves supervising and supporting residential staff, guiding young people, and ensuring all policies, procedures, and placement plans are followed. You’ll be a vital part of a team that provides high-quality care to children, helping them achieve stability and confidence. What You Will Do as a Senior Residential Support Worker Provide day-to-day care and guidance to young people, helping them develop life skills Supervise and support residential staff, lead shifts, and ensure adherence to placement plans Support educational goals and maintain positive, safe relationships with children Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Requirements Minimum age of 22 years, as per children’s home regulations Valid UK driving licence NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Childcare This provider is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
