As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you must have experience of working with Children and Young People and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the team on a day-to-day basis Ensure Placement Plans for Young People are up to date Carry out Key Work Sessions for Young People Attend meetings on behalf of Young People Safeguard and advocate for Young People Create positive relationships with Young People
Qualifications:
Full UK Driving Licence NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
