Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Salary: Up to £34,998 per annum About the job: We're looking for an absolute superstar to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. What you'll be doing: Providing quality care and support to children and young people Building positive relationships with the young people and getting involved with their educational, therapeutic, and social activities Working closely with external agencies to ensure the best support is in place Who we're looking for: A person with previous experience in a similar role, ideally 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care NVQ Level 3-4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent) Previous experience in successfully leading teams or operating as a shift leader An understanding and caring individual who knows how to provide top-notch support to young people from traumatic backgrounds A problem solver who can think on their feet and handle challenging situations effectively What's in it for you?
