Senior Residential Support Worker – £12.70-£13.80 p/h – Rochdale, Greater Manchester The Role Do you have experience in a children’s residential home? In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care to children in a residential setting. Assist in care planning and ensure individual care needs are met. Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. Act as a positive role model and encourage development and independence. Available to all employees. The Person To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People). A full UK driving licence. Strong communication and leadership skills. A reliable and caring approach to supporting young people.
