Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of support workers.
Assist in care planning and ensure individual care needs are met.
Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
Act as a positive role model and encourage development and independence.
