Senior Resource & Capacity Modelling Analyst .

Are you a technically talented Analyst with exceptional abilities and experience in modelling Capacity Plans, Demand Models, and detailed Forecasts from the ground up via analysis and modelling of large datasets? If so, this is a rare opportunity to utilise your skills to own the capacity planning, resource allocation and data modelling processes for a UK market leading organisation.

We’re seeking interest from Analysts with advanced Excel skills, SQL abilities (to write and run extraction scripts), comprehensive data modelling abilities and “ideally” some knowledge of Power Automate and PowerBI would be desirable but is not essential.

This position is offered as a 100% home-based position with a base salary range of £50,000 ~ £55,000 and broad benefits package.

Key Role Purpose & Responsibilities

Creation of bespoke analytical models to determine workload and demand, resource allocation, and future demand forecasts. Develop planning models and methodologies tailored to the unique needs of a variety of business areas to include Case Management, Back Office etc. Provide detailed analysis and forecasts of workload volumes and the optimal resource and capacity requirements needed to fulfil the demand. Develop & maintain comprehensive reporting suites and dashboards to support tactical and strategic decision making. Identify areas for process improvement with a focus on streamlining workflow for enhanced operational efficiency. What Have You Done Before? What Do You Need to Demonstrate? Candidates MUST have demonstrable experience in capacity planning, forecasting and data modelling with advanced abilities with Excel, solid SQL experience and the ability to manipulate large datasets to create bespoke plans and models.

Key Skills & Experience Will Include Advanced modelling experience (capacity plans, demand planning, forecasting) Advanced Excel, SQL abilities and ideally PowerBI / Power Automate familiarity Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in an engaging & meaningful manner to various stakeholders. Able to create reporting suites and MI pack for review and discussion with leadership teams.
