Job responsibilities
To provide physiotherapy to relevant patients within respiratory, in a range of settings including inpatients, outpatients and patient homes. To assess and treat patients in Respiratory teams. To support the team in the organisation and provision of an efficient, high quality and coordinated physiotherapy service for patients on relevant clinical area. To undertake a defined clinical caseload. To ensure that patient and service standards and priorities are met. Person Specification
Qualifications
HCPC registration BSc Physiotherapy Member of CSP Member of Specific interest group Post graduate qualifications in Respiratory Knowledge
Previous Acute NHS experience at Band 5 level Achieved core skills in all core Junior rotations, including respiratory. Evidence to support knowledge base in Respiratory. Previous Senior Experience in Respiratory/Surgery/ICU Experience with line management of junior/non-registered staff i.e., Supervision sessions, goal setting, appraisals Disclosure and Barring Service Check
