£25,696 - £28,176 depending on experience, plus an 8.5% shift allowance and sleep-in rate. This is a 37-hour post with a mixture of day and afternoon shifts, as well as sleep-ins on a rota basis, and there is a requirement to work every other weekend. Job details are as follows: Be 50/50 hands-on with personal care and medication while supporting care staff. Perform appraisals and step in for the senior team. Lead the shift in supervising support workers. Oversee staff rotas to ensure they reflect the identified needs for service delivery. Work with clients with ADHD and other complex needs, including dementia, aged between 18 and 85 years old. Actively participate in care plans. Be a positive role model at all times.
