We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Senior Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in a flexible, roaming role across multiple Brewers Decorator Centres in the London region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to support different branches. If you are a natural leader with great customer service, sales experience, and team working skills, we'll provide you with everything you need to succeed. As a roaming Senior Retail Sales Advisor, you’ll provide crucial support across the London region by stepping in to assist Branch Managers, supporting teams, and driving sales. Standard Branch opening hours are 5:30am – 5pm but this may vary in some locations. Responsibilities

Assist Branch Managers by stepping in during their absence or when additional support is needed. Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, delivering on our reputation for quality Brewers service. Have keyholder responsibilities, cashing up, and associated supervisory tasks. Allocate work to the team, keeping them motivated and driven. Provide recommendations to help customers find the best product for their needs. Support the Branch Manager with planning and agreeing sales forecasts in line with Company targets. Ensure orders and enquiries are dealt with and followed up promptly. Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network. Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and provide comprehensive service. Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales. Assist with stock maintenance in the branch. Who We Are Looking For

Experience in a retail environment, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel between different branches in the London area as required. Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality. The ability to motivate and inspire colleagues. Enjoys working and supporting a team but can work independently. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry. Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required. Ideally lives within close proximity to the store to respond to potential alarm calls out of hours. Benefits
