What will you be doing? Senior Risk Analyst Hybrid – Dorking or Basingstoke 2 days a week Salary Range - £37,000- £45,000 per annum What will you bring? We are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to play a key role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships across the business, fostering openness and trust while providing expert guidance on risk matters. In this role, you will collaborate and consult to help the 1st Line to develop robust Risk Management plans, ensuring appropriate engagement and strategies are in place. Your responsibilities will include analysing and reporting on company performance against risk appetite, investigating significant risk events, and ensuring stakeholder considerations are addressed. You will also lead and manage the Risk Assessment Process, chairing assessments where necessary and overseeing the timely distribution of workshop materials to ensure risks are thoroughly assessed. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will provide 2nd Line analysis and challenge Risk data, including risk event analysis, changes to risk profiles, and 1st Line Control Attestations. You will prepare and present reports to relevant committees and deliver risk-related training to support the business. To excel in this role, you will bring significant stakeholder management experience, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the insurance industry.
