We are delighted to partner with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Senior Risk Analyst. This role involves working closely with the Head of Risk within the Operational Risk team to support key initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
Design and execute an Operational Risk strategy that aligns with the company's corporate objectives, overarching strategy, and business plan.
Provide support to the Board and management in identifying and monitoring business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for UK and European legal entities.
Drive the implementation and standardisation of the Operational Risk framework and reporting processes across all levels of the organisation.
Deliver regular updates to senior management on the Operational Risk profile relative to risk appetite, offering strategic advice on risk mitigation as needed.
