It has a wide range of tasks which assist in a providing the Group with the ability to manage risk robustly. The development and business-as-usual activities across the risk management framework, include but are not limited to:Preparing and delivering risk management workshops with the business in order to implement the risk management framework.The completion of the Key Risk Assessment and Appetite statements.The development and production of top-down key risk assessments and scenario analysis.Assist in the production of the Group’s Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA)Assist and develop the Group’s Key Risk Dashboard and other monthly reporting.Assist and guide the business in the completion of the Risk and Control Self Assessments.To assist the business in the process of capturing, assessing, reporting and escalation of risk events.To assist in the completion of Deep Dives into specific areas of focus and interest. QualificationsKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience in financial services risk management, ideally gained within an investment or wealth management organisation.Confidence to lead and present work to all levels up to an including the Board.Ability to work well in pressurised environment with demonstratable ability to prioritise work.Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentMust be a team player.Professional Qualifications and EducationEducated to degree level, equivalent or ability to demonstrate equivalent experience.Relevant professional qualification(s) advantageous, although not essential with requisite experiencesKey CompetenciesIntegrity;Pragmatism;Sound judgement and pragmatism;Adaptability and able to deal with challenge;Planning and organising;Strong written and verbal communication;Analytical ability and synthesis of information;Self-motivated/driven to achieve excellence;Relationship building.Additional InformationAs a colleague here at Evelyn Partners you will have access to benefits that include:Competitive salaryPrivate medical insuranceLife assurancePension contributionHybrid working model (role dependant)Generous holiday packageOption to purchase additional holidayShared parental leave We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
