This is a permanent position, hybrid working coming into our Burton office at least 2 days a week.
Reporting to our Head of Audit and Risk,
essentially you will develop, implement, and maintain robust risk management frameworks and controls across the organisation, ensuring proactive risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance to safeguard the organisation's assets, reputation, and operational continuity.
You will be well versed in developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively across all functions.
We will expect you to conduct regular risk assessments and support the Finance and Operations functions with enhanced risk controls, focusing on continual improvement and also establish, maintain, and continuously improve process maps and a key risk controls matrix.

Leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in team management, coaching, and performance management. Analytical Thinking : Ability to critically analyse complex business situations, plan strategically, and make data-informed decisions.
