A beautiful Nursery in Doncaster is looking for a passionate and positive Nursery Nurse/ Senior Room Leader to fill their June, July or September 2024 starts. The Nursery is open to waiting a little longer for the right candidate to start but is looking to interview over the next half term ideally. The role is for either a Senior Room Leader or Assistant Deputy Manager depending on experience. The Nursery also has the opportunity to support a Senior Nursery Nurse in a career into Nursery Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Work within the nursery with the 0-2 years and 3-5 years rooms.
Lead in the older room, requiring experience in Room Leader or Deputy Management.
Support and mentor Nursery Nurses.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) or higher.
Relevant experience of at least a year for the Nursery Nurse; 3+ years for Room Leader.
Up to date with EYFS framework and Safeguarding.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Willing to learn; education and training provided.
