Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist
to join our hospital-based client in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist with recent clinical pharmacy/ward pharmacy experience who is looking to further develop their career in a hospital-based setting.

Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist (band 7/8a) Location:
Berkshire Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Start Date:
ASAP Salary:
£30 - £40 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across various wards and departments. Conduct medication reviews and assessments, ensuring patient safety and effective therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care. Participate in teaching and training junior staff and contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy services. Work across different clinical areas on a rotational basis, enhancing your experience and skills in diverse therapeutic settings.
Essential Requirements:
Recent clinical pharmacy/ward pharmacy experience in a hospital environment. Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care. Excellent communication and team-working skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
