Building relationships with both applicants and vendors Booking and attending valuations Proactively booking and attending viewings Taking ownership and progressing sales from agreed to completion Mentoring and developing trainee negotiators Partnering the Branch Manager to develop marketing strategies to improve market share The successful candidate will possess the following:
