Full Time Position: Senior Sales Consultant Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm, Saturdays on a rota basis (day off in lieu) Are you looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career with a dynamic and market leading estate agent, where no two days are the same? You have: A strong work ethic A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life A desire to grow as an individual Responsibilities in this role include: Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Meeting with clients visiting the office Managing incoming and outgoing email enquiries within company standard guidelines Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, referring financial & legal services leads Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation Booking of valuations and viewings Assisting the team with general administration duties where necessary
