A great opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join a well-known multi-branch brand in Hampshire.
The role will involve gaining new opportunities and business for the company, revisiting historical meetings to create new business, servicing local clients with a view to chain building, winning instructions, selling properties, and following the whole house selling process from start to finish within a focused and driven team.
You will be used to dealing with clientele for all types of property and be comfortable advising clients as they steer towards placing their homes for sale and be active with own/company promotions.
The successful candidate will be well presented, articulate, able to communicate at all levels, a natural team leader, and an ambitious person. You will strive to be “the best of the best” in all of your business and team endeavors.
Strong written and IT skills along with expert negotiations and pride in your work are all qualities that are expected in this challenging but rewarding role.
In return, a basic salary (DoE) in the region of £25,000 is offered with (OTE) £40,000+.
Availability to work a five-day week with weekends on a rota is required, and a full UK license with own car to use for business appointments.
