The Company is an established, specialist provider of digital and technical training and apprenticeships. A Government (ESFA) approved apprenticeship training provider. Following a highly successful period of expansion, we are now looking for two forward-thinking, tenacious, and professional salespeople to join the Apprenticeship Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including creating creative outreach content and video messaging for use across all social media platforms. This content will aim to drive engagement through digital channels, generating new leads and opportunities. This is a position with a clear career trajectory, and we are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team. Key Objectives of the Role: Conduct market research and identify potential clients within our target verticals. Utilise our sales tech stack to create and execute effective outreach campaigns. Prospect for employers and generate qualified leads. Shadow experienced sales executives to learn best practices and develop your skills. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients. Build strong relationships with prospects and foster long-term partnerships. Update and maintain accurate sales data in our CRM system. Achieve monthly targets for qualified opportunities. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
