Senior Sales Engineer

to join our dynamic team in the UK. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy in managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships. Position Summary As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving outside sales activities, representing the company's interests, and fostering long-term business relationships. You will focus on identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance sales performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual with strong engineering and sales expertise, capable of managing a portfolio of key accounts across the UK. Key Responsibilities Identify bid opportunities, prepare responses, and lead negotiations with potential clients. Prove Technical Turnkey solutions. Develop new leads and collaborate with the sales and business development teams to grow the customer base. Manage and nurture relationships with prospective key accounts, influencing new business opportunities. Attend industry trade shows and events to enhance the company’s visibility and attract potential clients. Work autonomously from home, managing your schedule and client engagements. Prepare and generate quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for customers. Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance. Minimum Qualifications Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, and manage multiple key accounts. At least 5 years of relevant experience in outside sales, preferably within the

HVAC

or related industries. Practical knowledge of Carrier's systems and the ability to leverage these in daily operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Prove Technical Turnkey solutions. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a

Design Engineer
