As a Sales Engineer with us, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, managing internal inquiries from inception to fruition. Your role will be multifaceted, involving a blend of commercial and technical responsibilities tailored to drive our business forward. Here's what you'll be doing: Compilation of commercial and technical documents for tenders. Utilization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sage 200 software packages. Conducting online calls with customers, showcasing solutions and CAD models. Data analysis and formulation of future product strategies. Managing standard quotes and costings to ensure accuracy. Overseeing custom quotations to meet unique customer needs. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing detailed quotations as needed. Participating in global customer visits and conferences as required. Generating weekly and monthly sales reports to track prospects. To excel as the Sales Engineer, you'll need the following skills and qualifications: A degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. Previous experience with cryogenic equipment is advantageous. A minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent written and oral presentation abilities. Experience using CRM Software, ideally Dynamics 365. Customer-focused mindset with a knack for customization. Ability to customize Excel reports and CRM templates. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive benefits package, including: 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays. Salary ranging from £35k to £40k, with on-target earnings reaching £50k (inclusive of company bonus and commission). Early finish on Fridays to kickstart your weekends.
