Senior Sales Executive
required for our client located in Strood, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Senior Sales Executive will assist to successfully present and negotiate offers and help where necessary to progress and manage sales.
Remuneration: Basic Salary: Up to £22,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months) On Target Earnings: £27,000 - £32,000 Car Allowance: £2,500 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) Holiday Commission 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday Pension contribution Life Insurance Company Rewards and Incentives Paid entry fees for charitable events Full package discussed at interview stage
Requirements: Previous experience in real estate with valuations experience Minimum of 6 months prior experience in a similar role A full driving license & own vehicle Great customer service skills
