An exciting opportunity for an account director with extensive knowledge of the retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships, client satisfaction, and utilizing all-round consulting sales knowledge and expertise.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Being a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve long-term success by managing change, carrying out strategy, monitoring progress, and quickly rectifying issues. Qualifying and closing new opportunities with clients, upselling and cross-selling, ensuring clients can see the value in the solutions. Developing and managing client relationships from C-suite to project managers. Responsible for the proper execution of all aspects of client contracts. Continuing to develop a deep understanding of the retail industry and ensuring a strong grasp of retail operations within global technology and social trends.
To be successful in this position, you will likely have: Client-facing experience at a senior executive level with exceptional communication skills. A proven track record of selling to clients and delivering complex and impactful client engagements. A minimum of 4 years of retail/consumer sales experience.
