Flexible UK based Senior Sales Manager required for leading manufacturer of chiller and refrigeration solutions, well known business for providing cooling solutions into the food, beverage, and process sectors. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market and product presence with existing and new clients across the UK whilst supporting and managing a small team of technical sales and marketing professionals. Progression opportunities to develop into a Sales Director position. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and product strategies to increase market share in the food, beverage, and process sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (end user clients) and developing relations with consultants in year 2. Requirements:
Proven sales success in chiller, refrigeration, or HVAC industries. Experience selling to end-user or consultant clients in relevant sectors. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. Results-driven with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Package:
