Role Overview: This dynamic position involves working within a leading aviation stockist and distributor specialising in aerospace parts and components, including airframe materials (A320, 737, A330) and, to a lesser extent, engine parts. The role offers a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is part of a wider group of aviation businesses, covering diverse areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, and cabin interiors.

The role is designed to foster significant engagement with the aerospace network, including airlines, lessors, and MROs, particularly across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within airlines, aircraft lessors, and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organisations (MROs). Identify opportunities to expand the company's presence in the aerospace sector, with a focus on airframe and engine materials. Provide tailored solutions that meet the technical and operational requirements of end-users. Business Development: Leverage an established customer base to ensure immediate contributions to revenue and growth. Explore opportunities to branch into cabin interiors and other aerospace-related segments. Support the company's strategic objectives by contributing insights into emerging trends within the aerospace industry, particularly in the EMEA region. Operational Scope: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, showcasing the organisation's capabilities and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Candidate Profile: Proven experience in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on airframe parts and components. Strong network within airlines, lessors, and MROs, ideally within the EMEA region. Additional experience in cabin interiors or related sectors would be advantageous. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) across the UK and Europe. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
