The Role: As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind generating and converting business for Fairmont St Andrews, with a key focus on achieving and surpassing our group rooms and banqueting revenue targets. What You'll Be Doing:
Key account management of existing clients to ensure maximum revenue is secured for Fairmont St Andrews. Management of sales and catering ensuring strategies are in place to create demand. Identifying strategies to develop the assigned market and execute territory and account plans. Managing, nurturing and developing Group Sales Coordinators / Executives to ensure communication from the lead to the enquiry phase is accurate. Who we are looking for:
