Senior Sales Negotiator , you will expertly navigate the entire property sales process. Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm & Saturdays: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (day off in lieu but not specifically every week). Key Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service. Arrange and conduct property viewings for sales. Negotiate offers to secure successful sales. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth transactions. Keep clients updated and resolve any issues during the process. Promote additional services, such as mortgages and conveyancing. Manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines. Generate new valuation appointments for sales. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations. Senior Sales Negotiator , you will ideally have

1-2 years of previous experience.

You will have exceptional communication and customer service skills and be flexible to work Saturdays. A passion for the property sector is essential.
