Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our client based in Central London. Pay:
Basic from £26,000 pa + OTE £40,000 pa to £60,000 pa benefits Hours:
Full-time Monday to Friday, 40-hour week, Monday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm. Friday 9.30 am - 6 pm with 1 day early finish at 5 pm - one hour for lunch. Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a sales negotiator within an estate agency in the central London area. A driving licence is NOT required. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, working directly with the owner in a great location. You'll have a fantastic revenue stream and the opportunity to get fully involved in the company's growth. Main Responsibilities:
Organising and undertaking viewings Business development: securing new sales Sales progression and liaising with solicitors and other parties Marketing and administration All other related tasks Personal Attributes:
