Your Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator: Qualifying applicants and identifying their needs. Showcasing suitable properties and negotiating offers. Cross-selling between our other branches. Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database. Working collaboratively within the team to ensure annual target is met. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients. Your Skills and Experience: You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales. You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales). You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation. You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market. You are proactive and tenacious. You hold a valid driving licence. Why Join Us?
