is looking to recruit a
Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
to join their team based in the Banstead area.
The role will involve growing the property register by winning instructions and maximising branch profitability.
You will be a seasoned
Estate Agency Sales professional
in a similar role with exceptional Listing skills, ready to take the next step in your career.
You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven; well spoken, energetic, excited about the role and keen to progress a career in the property industry!

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:
Experienced residential sales estate agent
Listing / Valuations experience
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the local area helpful
Full Driving License essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
