£26,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus commission, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE DOE

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Duties:
Booking and carrying out valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers
Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
Registering applicants and attending viewings
Negotiating offers
Supporting with sales progression when required
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Experience Needed
Previous experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months required
You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
You will be a confident valuer, or have acted as a branch reserve valuer looking to build up your knowledge
You will have ambitions to reach managerial level
You will have solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems
Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
You will be well spoken and well presented
You will be target driven and ambitious
You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
Driving licence and own vehicle is required
