We are looking for a Senior Sales/Business Development Manager (d/w/m) with additional responsibility for D-A-CH to support our Business Development Team. In your role, you will be particularly responsible for the following:
Your Tasks
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector. Identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in D-A-CH. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Monitor and participate in tender opportunities, including proposal development, bidder meetings, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Padam, Hacon, and Siemens, including marketing and product development. Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, develop sales forecasts, and monitor performance against goals. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing best practices. Your Profile
Proven experience in sales and business development in the public transport sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in German and English. Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region. Our Offer
