About the company We are currently working with a leading technology business who are heavily invested in Salesforce, with the platform used to help them drive important and impactful change across multiple sectors around the world. With thousands of clients globally, the impact they are having is massive, and with more Salesforce projects on the horizon it is an exciting time for them. About the role The role of Senior Salesforce Administrator will encompass an almost 'Product Owner' like approach, taking full ownership of Salesforce and the wider tech-stack. You will be hands-on with the configuration of Salesforce, working on new projects and platform improvements, whilst also managing user requests and backlogs to ensure the changes requested are necessary and best for business. This person will need strong leadership characteristics to be the go-to SME for the Salesforce platform, help guide the business in the best direction, and manage stakeholders' expectations and improve user adoption. Skills & Requirements The ideal skills needed to take on the role of Senior Salesforce Administrator include but are not limited to: Great knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud CPQ experience will be beneficial Experience owning Salesforce and other connected technology Business facing to gather requirements and manage various stakeholders What's on offer?
