Job Summary For our Global Commercial team, we are now looking for a “Commercial Senior CRM Developer” who will focus primarily on Salesforce and the continuous in-system developments and configurations related to features, functionalities and “ease of use”, driven by our Commercial, Operational and Financial business needs globally. You, as our Senior Salesforce CRM Developer

will report directly to the Manager Global Commercial Governance & CRM. For incremental low/medium complexity in-system developments you will be directly responsible for the implementation of these and that all developments align with internal needs and expectations. For larger and more complex developments, where complexity requires external development support, part of your role will be to assist with the testing of the requirements together with our CRM Analyst and internal IT function, to deliver through a wider team. Additionally, you will align with our Commercial Governance function, to ensure we mirror our commercial processes and governance related activities with how we apply ourselves systematically. This is key to our success and the way we steer our commercial sales activities. Tasks & Responsibilities Be the contact for Salesforce developments and upgrades. Be the UAT Lead for the development requirements needed. On processes and governance related topics, closely align with Manager Global Commercial Governance & CRM, to ensure we set-up Salesforce to optimally govern and steer our commercial contracts and sales activities. Assist the Group Commercial CRM Analyst in building training material where applicable. Assist with the capturing of Region requests for in-system optimizations for Operations and Finance. Work closely with the Reporting & Analytics team to understand reporting requirements. Qualifications and Competencies Minimum 3-4 years proven experience in a role as a Salesforce Developer preferably in a consulting firm. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus. Full knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferable). Experience in APEX, Lightning Web Components, highly valuable integrations (SOAP/REST) and integrations with other systems. Knowledge of the use of version control tools (Git Hub). Knowledge and strong command of tools such as Visual Studio Code and Postman. Experience on project topics (Leads, Opportunities & Contracts). Adaptable to working with a team and effectively building relationships with other departments and the confidence to work with highly skilled professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Strong command of English as the corporate language (written and oral), any other language is a plus. Structured, organized, and strong analytical skills with high attention to details and proven ability to work in an analytically and problem-solving environment. Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment thus capable of working independently. Advanced skills in MS Office (esp. Excel). Ability to work remotely.
