About the Role As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be working on both front and back end development using Lightning Web Components and Communities, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions on the Salesforce platform. Reporting to the Head of Salesforce Development, you ll support the technical team, mentor junior members, and enhance our platform to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom user interfaces, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages. Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom development to extend Salesforce functionality. Ensure code quality through Salesforce best practices, secure coding standards, and test classes. Deploy updates and troubleshoot issues in production and test environments. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise solutions and meet business needs. Support team-wide initiatives and technical debt reduction to improve platform efficiency. What We re Looking For: Proven Salesforce development experience with certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, PD1, JavaScript Developer). Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java. Expertise in front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and version control tools like Bitbucket. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
