Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in commercial cleaning. This role is essential for ensuring that our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimise efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Provide training and support to new team members, fostering a positive work environment. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory supplies. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations. Ability to work flexible hours as required by the demands of the business. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
