  • Develop cutting-edge vector systems specifically engineered to improve lentiviral vector tropism and transduction efficiency.
  • This role requires close collaboration with the Revvity Gene Delivery group to ensure seamless integration of vector technologies and optimize delivery strategies across therapeuti.
  • Leading independent research projects from design through execution, analysis, and troubleshooting with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Driving innovation to enhance Revvity's lentiviral vector offering.
  • Supporting further development of the LentiBOOST portfolio.
  • Processing Development teams amongst others).

Skills and requirements

  • Ph.D. plus minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a relevant scientific discipline (virology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or genetics).
  • Proven track record designing and optimizing lentiviral vectors and purification processes, with direct experience in transduction workflows, including assay development and optimi.
  • Advanced technical skills in molecular biology, cell biology, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with ability to drive innovation and scientific excellence.
