As a Senior Scientist, you will lead innovative research projects, develop solutions to complex challenges, and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to address emerging threats in human-centric security. Contract Details : 12-month rolling contract (up to 3 years) | Strong hourly rate | Overtime available | Hybrid working | Flexible working hours | Fast interview and hiring process Key Responsibilities Coordination : Lead human-centric cyber security research activities, building networks across teams and representing the organization at relevant events. Collaboration : Partner with researchers and stakeholders to integrate human-centric principles into cyber security solutions and projects. Consultancy : Provide expert advice and insights into the psychological aspects of cyber security, ensuring knowledge transfer across the organisation. Innovation : Drive state-of-the-art research in human-centric cyber security, with a focus on areas such as cyber psychology and cognitive biases, developing actionable solutions to address gaps in the field. Requirements Must Have : PhD or Master's in Human-Centric Cyber Security or related fields. Must Have : Strong academic research background, with expertise in cyber psychology or the use of biases in cyber contexts. Advantage : Additional professional training or certifications in cyber security. Experience Must Have : Experience in research, innovation, and/or solution development. Advantage : Demonstrated expertise in applying human-centric approaches to cyber security challenges. Research Skills Must Have : Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills in English. Advantage : A track record of academic publications or research contributions in human-centric cyber security. Technical Expertise Advantage : Familiarity with human-computer interaction, behavioural analytics, or the integration of psychological principles into cyber security solutions.
